Harding to hold annual band night today at Mollenkopf

A TRIBUTE TO HEROES’’ is the theme of the Warren G. Harding Raider Marching Band’s annual band night at 7:30 p.m. today at Mollenkopf Stadium. Individuals representing the local police and fire workers and military personnel will be honored at the event. Admission is $5 adults, $3 senior citizens and free children 5 and under. Programs will be available for $3. The Harding Band concession stand will be open for refreshments. Motorists are asked to watch for the newly posted signs for designated parking due to the construction project.



During September, Pat Catan’s Craft Center, 1923 Ridge Road, Warren, will hold TEACHER TUESDAYS from 6 to 8 p.m. providing a 10 percent discount to teachers on their total purchases. Individuals must show teacher identification to receive the discount. The event is being held to show appreciation to teachers for all the efforts and dedication to students. Starting Friday, the Church Mouse in Newton Falls has to raise prices due to higher operating costs. Clothing items will increase from $1 to $2. Anyone wishing to make a donation to the Church Mouse can call 330-872-5574 or mail to 26 1/2 W. Broad St., Newton Falls, 44444.



Niles McKinley Lodge 794 will hold a PANCAKE, SAUSAGE AND EGGS BREAKFAST from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Niles Masonic Temple, 22 W. Church St., Niles. Cost is $4 for adults, $2.50 for children ages 6 to 12 and free to 5 and under.



EASTER SEALS will hold its sale from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays during September at the Ridgeview Plaza in Warren.
