BLIND RUMORS FROM DOWN SOUTH

What better way to return after a break than a blind rumor? Never mind the fact that I didn’t even take a break. I heard this one a few weeks ago, so if you heard about it, I’m not late. OK, so there is an established rapper and an upcoming rapper. The upcoming rapper and his crew manage to convince the established rapper to appear on his album or mixtape. They pay the established rapper a large sum of money to make it happen and everybody is happy. But not for long, because the established rapper is so busy being established that he fails to make time for the new jack (at least within a time that the new guy’s crew feels is acceptable). Eventually, the new rapper’s crew gets fed up and everything goes negative. When the established rapper is down in Miami chillin’ out, somebody sets fire to his extravagant Bentley, the love of his life like Hip-Hop to Common. Suddenly, they have the attention of the rapper and his crew and something must be done. So, the established rapper’s rich crew don’t try to war with the hungry up-and-comers -- they make peace. The beef is dead, but I don’t know if the new rapper ever got that appearance on that song.

THE HEIRESS STRIKES BACK!

Jamie Cipriani has apparently spoken out over the Trey Songz rumors. I feel like she was talking to me all the way down to the Jesus part. Read below to read the alleged statement she has released.

"I would like to say first and foremost, Trey Songz and I are in no way affiliated. The only thing that could link us together is that we are both Black and in our twenties. I have respect for him as an artist, as I do every other artist. When I first heard all of these allegations, I sat down and cried. It really hurt my feelings so much. It’s a shame that people would be so cruel to make up something like this. It is sad when a woman can’t walk down a New York City street without being harassed and photographed and accused of dating someone. I would like to set things straight. I am happily married and would never disrespect myself or my husband or Trey Songz in that way. My father raised me much better than that. I am not the young’in who is living off of an inheritance like people are portraying me to be, I am a college graduate with my own fashion clothing line. In due time, all of you will get to see what I am really about once my children’s charity and summer camp are finalized. I believe in doing great things for people. I would take the shirt off my back and give my last dollar to anyone in need. I am disgusted by the horrid things people are saying right now. As to whoever created this nonsense, apparently they are in serious need of Jesus in their lives."

JIM JONES IN SCUFFLE? MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND RUMORS!

I heard that Jim Jones got into a scuffle down on South Beach this weekend, albeit a small scrap. Thanks Jason!

I heard NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas of the Washington Wizards and a friend were arrested in Miami. I heard his buddy got out of the car and was arrested for holding up traffic. Arenas leapt out of the car and was also hauled in, I heard. The charge? Interfering with a police investigation! Anyway, I heard his last words were, “You can't arrest me, I am a professional basketball player.” Thanks Jay!

I also heard Remy Ma was on a flight headed to Miami and was kicked off the plane for being the most disruptive member of a disruptive party. I don’t know how factual this is, but she apparently told one older woman to “shut up” and the stewardess to “get a life!” I’m cracking up over this one, but I can’t verify the truthfulness of this one.

One person told me, “The cops were like the Klan with Black and White members. They were locking brothers and sisters up like the “Paper Boy” video game when he was knocking over mailboxes in succession.”

My man P.A. told me “I've never seen so many Black people in my life (and I am Black)! It has gone so far as to be called "The Black Hip-Hop Weekend" by local news media!”
