The Fratellis
The Fratellis
A GLASWEGIAN trio will be rockin' at The Green Room, WGC, tonight.

The Fratellis, who will take to the stage at the venue above the Doctor's Tonic from 8pm, made a name for themselves after touring with The Paddingtons last year.

Debut album Creepin Up The Back Stairs has been featured on Radio 1 and MTV2.

They took to the road for the NME club tour and now Barry, Jon and Mince are embarking on their own tour.

Barry and Jon are the band's guitarists and Mince is the drummer.

They are joined on their tour by Figure 5 who also come from Glasgow.

The group is made up of Brian Calderwood on drums, Neil Donaldson on vocals, Gerard Espie on guitar, Graham Gold on bass guitar and Martin Keith on guitar.

The Newtones will also be performing at The Green Room.

This band come from Hertfordshire.

The Newtones stars Dave Sells on bass and vocals, Lee Sells on guitar and vocals, Jonny Harry on drums and vocals and Jason Slender on guitar.

They are fans of Gang of Four, The Kinks, The Cribs, Good Shoes and The Kooks to name a few.

Tickets for this gig are available from City Sounds in Wigmores South for £5 or on the door for £7.
