Kieran Hebden, better known as cut-n-paste-n-remix genius Four Tet, is set to join the ranks of artists (Tiga, Erlend Oye and Annie) who've contributed to !K7's mix series DJ Kicks. Hebden has compiled 21 tunes for his mix, among them an Animal Collective B-side, a Madvillian remix and a new Four Tet tune, along with classics from Cabaret Voltaire and Showbiz And A.G., among others. The new Hebden song, titled "Pockets," will also be released as a 7-inch single. The compilation is due June 27 and will, perhaps, provide the next-best-thing to hiring Hebden himself to DJ your next soiree.
