Fifteen of rock's hottest bands have contributed cover versions of classic rock songs in celebration of Kerrang!'s 25 birthday. "High Voltage" - which features exclusive recordings by Aiden, Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engage, Biffy Clyro, Fightstar, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Still Remains, The Answer, Bullet For My Valentine and 36 Crazyfists, plus rare covers from Fall Out Boy, Deftones, Arch Enemy, Atreyu and NOFX - will be given away  free with Kerrang! issue 110, which goes on sale May 31.

"After the phenomenal response we got from our 'Re-Mastered' album, we knew we had to put together an equally special CD for our 25th birthday," says K! editor Paul Brannigan. "The songs you'll hear on 'High Voltage' are the foundations upon which Kerrang! built its reputation as the 'rock bible'. This CD is our way of uniting Kerrang!'s past, present and future and we're confident that the bands who've contributed to this unique album will be shaping our world for the next 25 years."
