Skin, former singer of hugely successful band Skunk Anansie, has been speaking of why she thinks the Internet is the future.

"I think that all music is going to be downloadable in the future. I think that's the way it's going to go, technology wise."

Skin has been releasing material since re-launching herself last year, but the records have been for download only and she believes it is the best way to go:

"It's a good way for people who are into their music to just get whatever they want."

"It's a lot easier than going to a record shop to be honest. I just want to promote my work and my website."

The singer believes that by having her music available as download only, it will attract people to her website where they will see what else she has to offer.
