SISQO COMING BACK?

I’m getting word that Sisqo is about to make a major comeback in the upcoming year or so. I mean, honestly I don’t know, but there have been a number of sightings of the “Dragon” in recent months. The most notable pop-up was at the BET Awards. Now, I heard Sisqo will be coming back independently on his own label. No word if he will be with the rest of Dru Hill, but I wish him all the luck in the universe. He’ll need it, but that’s not a jab—it’s hard out here for artists. Shout out to Baltimore (but I refuse to call ya’ll “Bodymore, Murdaland.”)

DALLAS AUSTIN CELEBRATES

This could be old, but I hear Dallas Austin threw a huge boat party this past Saturday to celebrate his freedom and return to the good old U.S. of A. I heard he had the big dog friends like Denzel Washington and Quincy Jones, among the obvious. Did you know Lionel Richie also helped Dallas get out of jail for free? Yeah, I hear Nicole’s papa is extremely big in the Middle East like Dave Hasselhoff is big in Germany. That “We Are The World” influence is serious!

MASE IN AN ARGUMENT?

Michelle from Beverly Hills, hit me with this letter (Unedited in the purest form!):

“This is michelle, from Beverly Hills, CA. There is alot of talk going on out here about Mase getting into it with some singer at a club in Miami named J harmony. Upon investigation, I learned that J harmony is a R&B singer who was recently featured in VIBE magazine as vibe's free agent. I think it was the April 06 edition. anyway, word is, Mase was at a nightclub, where this singer was networking and passing out his cd. J Harmony handed a cd to mase, who reportedly just threw it down infront of the singer, and kept going. Thats when they say J harmony replied " F**k you punk!" and when Mase and his crew turned around, all hell broke loose! even though nobody got hurt,they say Mase and this singer were just going back and fourth talking mega trash to each other, and the rappers crew just stood there, letting him yell and argue. J harmony's camp just put a bulletin up on myspace, denying these allegations, saying that although J Harmony is in Miami, he did'nt go to any clubs,never met Mase,and is only there getting beats.His rep goes on to say that they don't need any negative publicity because they're on the verdge of obtaining the "perfect deal" for J harmony, and the whole Mase thing could screw up something, but f*ck that! he probally feels stupid about it now and everybody is denying it. If it is true, then J Harmony just showed Mase that nobody is afraid of him just because he's with g-unit. You go boy!! you guys should try to talk to Mase or J Harmony themselves, and then see what they have to say. that'd be really intresting!!”

No disrespect, but Michelle sounds like this guys first fan.

WHO IS IT?

OK, I’m going to tell you that Trina is the person that I heard was dropped by her label, Atlantic Records. While I don’t know for certain, I’m certain that my sources are certain. ALAS! Remember, Fat Joe had a similar rumor last year, but that proved to be false as well. Anyway, I hope it’s not true, but I think its real. Word to Trick Daddy Dollars.

I’m getting word that football player Jerome Bettis got married in the Bahamas this past weekend! Get a ring and all of a sudden a brother wants to marry his girl? Congrats!

I didn’t even know they still did Hip-Hop Summits, but apparently Foxy Brown made and appearance with a fresh hair do and a new attitude.
