Q: My best bud and I hang every weekend and I always seem to get the girls. We used to laugh about it, but now it's starting to affect our friendship. The funny thing is, he's the outgoing one and I'm pretty shy, yet girls are still drawn to me. How can I keep my friend, and still get the girls?
RC: 'The next time you're out and a girl goes over to you, consider offering her a trade -- `I'll hang out with you, if you hang out with my friend.' I have seen it work before with my friends. It's all about taking one for the team. Pump up your friend's ego when you're talking to a girl by telling her, 'I have a girlfriend, but my friend is the coolest guy you will ever meet.' Maybe he is too nice and women only see him as a friend. Most of the time girls want the guy that seems uninterested. They can sense if a guy has a girlfriend; it gives them more of a challenge.''
Coming June 7: Actor Frankie Muniz and fiancée Jamie Gandy on how to keep young romance alive.
