Former "American Idol" winner Fantasia Barrino will not be headlining the Rochester Musicfest, which takes place in Rochester, N.Y. July 7-9. It's a step back for the event holders after they had good news with last week's addition of Fantasia's fellow "Idol" alum Ruben Studdard singing on the same night, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reported Wednesday.
