Rob Crow of Pinback's latest project Goblin Cock, his foray into the metal-related genre, has announced the dates of their upcoming tour with fellow San Diegoans Sleeping People (instrumental math rock a la Oxes or Lynx). The tour begins Tuesday, March 7 and it carves a nice loopy path to the SXSW festival in Austin, where both bands will be playing.

Besides playing with Goblin Cock, Crow will also be touring a month later with Pinback shortly after the SXSW shows. That tour, starting April 20, will touch much of the west and east coasts. Pinback will be playing the beginning of the tour with Encinitas indie rockers the Jade Shader, while the second half is still TBA.
