'Marques Barrett "Batman" Houston' (born August 4 1981 in Los Angeles, California) is an African American actor and R&B singer, best known as lead singer of boy band Immature/IMx.
In addition to his work with the group, Houston is a successful television and film actor. He has appeared in a number of shows and films on his own, most notably Sister, Sister as next-door neighbor Roger Evans from 1994 to 1999. He flexed his dancing skills (and not much else) while starring in the street dancing film "You Got Served" in 2004, and also played Dumb Donald in the 2004 live-action remake of Bill Cosby's Fat Albert. In 2003, Houston recorded a solo album, entitled MH.
Houston and B2K lead singer Omarion are half-brothers, and can be seen together on MTV Cribs showing off the house they shared at the time. Marques's mother died when he was young, and the two share the same father. They also can be seen together on Punk'd, where Marques Houston gets Punk'd by his half-brother Omarion.
He is currently signed to TUG.
He recently released his CD, Naked. The first single was "All Because Of You", which was an Urban chart hit. The video for the second single "Naked", the title track for the album, had controversy when music networks like BET and MTV wouldn't air it because of the content. It was edited and now is shown on BET during the daytime and evening. He also stars in UPN sitcom Cuts.
