Sophie Ellis-Bextor for Monsoon
SOPHIE CAUGHT UP IN MONSOON
MONSOON plans to run up a little of its own press – its sister brand, Accessorize, has grabbed more headlines in recent months by landing Mischa Barton and Kelly Osbourne in its ad campaigns – after signing Sophie Ellis-Bextor as its new face. A new campaign, entitled Create A Storm, will appear on billboards and in magazines for autumn/winter 2006-7. Singer Ellis-Bextor, who has previously starred in ads for Rimmel and PeTA, follows Jodie Kidd and Sophie Dahl in posing for the high street chain. (September 4 2006, AM)
