N.C. A&T 13, RADFORD 7: Joe McIntyre went 4-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs, and N.C. A&T snapped a seven-game losing streak by outscoring Radford in a college baseball game Friday at Memorial Stadium in Greensboro.
Charlie Gamble went 4-for-5 with a triple, a double and three RBIs for the Aggies (2-7).
William Sunderland and Joel Battle hit home runs for N.C. A&T.
A&T starter Michael Hauff worked three shutout innings, allowing one hit and striking out four. Reliever Chris Eggers (2-0) followed with three more shutout innings, striking out three.
OHIO STATE 12, UNCG 2: Cory Luebke struck out eight and did not allow an earned run in seven strong innings, leading Ohio State (2-2) to a victory over UNCG (2-7) in Jacksonville, Fla.
Mike Mongiello went 2-for-3 and Greg Feltes hit a triple to lead the Spartans. Guy Welsh hit a run-scoring single for his team-leading ninth RBI.
DAYTON 19, HIGH POINT 8: Michael Massa went 4-for-6 with a triple, two doubles and five RBIs to lead Dayton (3-4) over host High Point (6-10) at Erath Field.
Mark Shorey went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double and two RBIs for the Panthers. Alfie Wheeler was 3-for-5 with a double and three RBIs.
WAKE FOREST 7, WRIGHT STATE 2: Austin Jones went 1-for-3 with a two-run double -- one of just three Wake Forest hits -- as the Demon Deacons (8-3) took advantage of 11 walks by Wright State (2-4) pitching.
Winning pitcher Justin Keadle (2-1) worked six shutout innings, striking out five.
Dan Rosaia had an RBI single as Wake Forest won its sixth straight game.
PURDUE 5, NORTH CAROLINA 4: Spencer Ingaldson bunted in the ninth inning to drive in the winning run as Purdue (8-1) beat No. 2 North Carolina (8-1) at Boshamer Stadium in Chapel Hill.
Mitch Hilligoss was 2-for-5 with a game-opening homer and a double and scored two runs for the Boilermakers.
The Tar Heels trailed 4-0, but tied the score behind a home run by Jay Cox, RBI singles by Chris Iannetta and Seth Williams and a sacrifice fly by Reid Fronk.
UCLA 7, N.C. STATE 2: Winning pitcher Hector Ambriz allowed two runs in 62/3 innings, and went 3-for-5 with a home run and four RBIs to lead UCLA (7-9) over No. 17 N.C. State (13-2) in the Wolfpack's first loss of the season at Doak Field in Raleigh.
Eryk McConnell (3-2) took the loss for N.C. State (13-2), which committed four errors and left six runners stranded in scoring position.
Brian Aragon went 2-for-4 with an RBI for the Wolfpack.
DUKE 4, MARYLAND 2: Danny Otero pitched a complete game, walking one and striking out eight in nine innings to lead Duke (1-0, 5-8) to an ACC victory at Maryland (0-1, 4-7).
Adam Murray went 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Blue Devils.
EAST CAROLINA 12, STONY BROOK 0: Winning pitcher T.J. Hose struck out seven in six shutout innings, and Dale Mollenhauer went 2-for-4 with a double and four RBIs to lead host East Carolina (9-3) over Stony Brook (0-4).
Adam Witter went 3-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs for the Pirates, and Jake Smith, a senior from Greensboro, was 2-for-4 with an RBI.
UNCG WINS TWO: Junior Vanessa Oakes pitched a complete game as UNCG beat UNC Wilmington 4-2, and Danielle Byrne picked up her first win of the season as the Spartans beat Oakland 6-5 on the first day of the Charleston Southern Tournament at Gahagan Park.
Senior Kelly Allen went 2-for-2 with an RBI against UNC Wilmington.
Junior Adriane Audley was 2-for-4 with a triple, a home run and three RBIs againt Oakland, while Jennifer Bonilla had three singles and an RBI.
LYNCHBURG 11, GUILFORD 7: Nicole Johnson scored two goals and assisted two others, leading host Lynchburg (1-0, 1-1) to an ODAC victory over Guilford (1-1, 2-1).
Allison Brown scored four goals and assisted a fifth for the Quakers, who cut a 5-1 halftime deficit to 8-6, but could get no closer.
