*R&B vocal quartet Jagged Edge will meet and greet fans at an in-store appearance in Atlanta on May 9, the day their new self-titled album for Sony Urban Music/Columbia Records is released.        *A high school in Farmington Hills, Michigan earned a free concert from R&B singer Ne-Yo by winning a contest designed to promote seat belt awareness among Detroit youth. The concert, to be held on Wednesday, May 10, was awarded to Mercy High School for collecting the highest percentage of signatures (99.6 percent) by the student body on a pledge to always wear a seat belt when in a vehicle. The "Seat Belt Pledge" contest was sponsored by Takata, the world's largest manufacturer of seat belts. "Teenagers are just not hearing the traditional buckle-up message anymore," said Bob Kittle, vice president of sales and marketing for Takata. "That's why we felt we needed to create a campaign that gets their attention by relating to them on their level."
