Thought that the band who made one of the best pop albums of the 90's descended into the graveyard of indie obscurity? Think again! Seattle's Harvey Danger (best known for their bombastic summer anthem "Flagpole Sitta" on their 1997 debut Where Have All The Merrymakers Gone?) have just signed a new deal with Olympia, Washington--and indie rock--institution Kill Rock Stars.
The band will be releasing their newest album Little By Little... which the band had previously released to a limited pressing in 2005 and also available online for free. However, the KRS version of the album promises "a 9-track bonus CD, but this time around the album will have a slightly different tracklisting and song order, and new packaging! It will also be available in more stores across the country, thanks to KRS." Can't wait? HD's got yer back. The album will also still be available as an online download for free via the band's website.
But, if you think you're getting away scott-free, here's a little note from the band:
"If you like what you hear and you want to support us, consider buying the physical version of the album (which includes a bonus disc), or making a small contribution."
Aww... even rockers can be polite.
