| KoRn, Deftones Co-Headline Family Values Tour |

 KoRn
| KoRn is resurrecting the festival-style Family Values tour, and the band will launch the new version of the trek on July 27 in Virginia Beach. KoRn will co-headline with the Deftones, and Stone Sour, Flyleaf and Japanese band Dir en Grey also will be on the bill. For the first time, Family Values will feature a side stage, and those acts will be announced soon.
"We're gonna have some Hip-Hop acts and some other variety stuff gong on," KoRn singer Jonathan Davis told MTV.com. "I think it's gonna be a really cool summer show."
Davis also said that KoRn plans to put some different songs in the set list and play for two hours, while the Deftones will premiere tracks from their upcoming fifth album, due in September. The two bands also will perform their collaboration, "Wicked," onstage together.
"We haven't toured with [the Deftones] since '97 or '96, and we're really excited," Davis said. "We love those guys. We started out together. Literally it was us and them, and back in the day we used to drive to Sacramento and play at their home clubs. And they would drive to Huntington Beach and play the clubs we'd play, so we've been friends for a long, long time, and it's cool to be back together again and sharing the same stage."
Meanwhile, Stone Sour are readying their second album for a late summer release. A posting on StoneSour.com says, "From songs like '30/30-150,' to 'Zzyzx Road,' it's much more diverse and mature than the first record. Sonically, it's amazing!" The CD is currently being mixed by Randy Staub (Metallica, Hatebreed).
