VH1 Classic Presents We Are The 80s A Flock of Seagulls and We Are the 80s Eddie Money arrive in stores on July 18th.

A Flock of Seagulls are as well known for their big 80's hair styles as they are for their music. The groups biggest hit by far is their single "I Ran (So Far Away)." The song has been featured on numerous soundtrack and 80's compilation projects. A Flock of Seagulls were MTV favorites in the early 80's. They also had a big hit with their single "Space Age Love Song." The group is still touring and often team up with other popular acts of the early 1980's. On July 18th, VH1 Classic Presents Flock of Seagulls We Are The 80s arrives in stores. This 13 song disc includes the groups biggest hits and the song "Lost Control" which was previously not available on CD. In 2004 A Flock of Seagulls appeared on the VH-1 series Bands Reunited. According to the groups MYSPACE page the current line up consists of Mike Score, Ali Score, Paul Reynolds and Frank Maudsley

Also arriving in stores on July 18th is VH1 Classic presents Eddie Money We Are The 80s. Eddie Money had a lot of hit songs in the 80s but it was his 1986 collaboration with Ronnie Spector that really put him over the top. The song "Take Me Home" had a sultry black and white video and the song proved to be Eddie's biggest hit during the 1980s. The song was featured on Eddie's album Can't Hold Back, which went platinum. VH1 Classic Presents We Are The 80s features 14 classic songs from Eddie Money including "Think I'm In Love," "Walk on Water," "I Wanna Go Back," and "Endless Nights."

Eddie Money will also be touring on his own and as a part of the We Are The 80s Summer Tour.
