As a solo artist, Fatlip continued his innovative work with his loopy first single "What's up Fatlip?" from Prime Cuts, Vol. 1, a collection of new songs and artists on the Delicious Vinyl label. The release of a full-length album, titled The Lonliest Punk, has been continually delayed, but is now projected to be released November 1st, 2005. the single "whats up fatlip" has been given a hilarious video that was filmed and released by Spike Jonze.
