NEW YORK (Billboard) - R&B singer Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain led the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for a second week Thursday, while Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic remained at No. 2, also for second week.

Alicia Keys' "No One" inched up one to No. 3, swapping places with Soulja Boy's former chart-topper "Crank That (Soulja Boy)." Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" held at No. 5, and Kanye West's "Stronger" at No. 6.

Baby Bash's "Cyclone" featuring T-Pain rose one to No. 7, trading places with West's "Good Life" (also featuring T-Pain).

Rihanna's "Hate That I Love You" featuring Ne-Yo remained at No. 9 and Timbaland's "The Way I Are" featuring Keri Hilson at No. 10.

A day after her new album "Blackout" debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, Britney Spears had the week's top debut on the Hot 100 with "Piece of Me" at No. 65. The set's first single, "Gimme More," rebounded three places to No. 13 after peaking at No. 3.

Kenny Chesney's "Don't Blink" was No. 1 on Hot Country Songs for a fourth week, and the Foo Fighters began a 12th week on the Modern Rock tally with "The Pretender."
