Press Release:

This July, Shadows Fall will headline the third annual Strhess Tour, which will be their only U.S. run in support of their highly anticipated new release, Fallout From The War. This year’s Strhess Tour also features Poison The Well in the direct support slot in addition to It Dies Today and Still Remains, with other acclaimed acts such as Darkest Hour, Bury Your Dead, Himsa, Throwdown and Suffocation joining the tour in select markets.

Brian Fair (vocals) describes his excitement over the upcoming tour: “Finally SHADOWS FALL will be hitting the road this year! After months of being trapped in the practice space we are really looking forward to getting back onstage. It looks like this will be the only tour we will be doing this year in support of our new album, Fallout From The War, so we urge everyone to do their best to make it out before we head back into the studio to begin work on the next album. We plan on busting out new tunes from the Fallout record and dusting of a few old tunes and adding them back into the set list. We are very excited to be part of the Strhess tour once again. The first one was a blast and we are honored that Derek Hess and all the people at Strhess have decided to invite us back. Hope to see you all there.”

Founder Derek Hess states, “It’s awesome to have SHADOWS FALL back headlining this year’s Strhess tour. Those guys set the tone for Strhess tours the first time around and I’m confident they’ll raise the bar even higher when they’re through with this one. The rest of the line up I'm sure will also contribute to that as well. This has the makings of the best Strhess tour yet.”

Fans in Phoenix and San Diego will have the chance to witness history as The Strhess Tour joins forces with The Sounds of The Underground for two very special festival style shows.

Be sure to visit the tour’s official site www.strhesstour.com for all up to date information in regards to news and routing.

I fucking knew it! My rhoids hurt 'cause of my oppression by The Man!

judusbishop - 4/16/2006 10:51:05 AM
The government must provide, free of charge, for the people, health facilities which will not only treat our illnesses, most of which have come about as a result of our oppression, but which will also develop preventive medical programs to guarantee our future survival. I believe that mass health education and research programs must be developed to give all Black and oppressed people access to advanced scientific and medical information, so we may provide our selves with proper medical attention and care.

metalbass70 - 4/13/2006 2:48:39 PM
SF kicks ass i hope they come around to the mid west

trevor12 - 4/13/2006 11:25:21 AM
Very true, some guys just want to hear thrash bands with hair metal singers for some reason.

Leather_Lung - 4/12/2006 6:35:12 PM
sorry you feel that way frown... maybe they could get brett michaels for you, man... then we'd both have reasons to shoot at him... =/

headbangersue - 4/12/2006 2:09:49 PM
Is it 'really' pronounced /STRHESS/, or [str3s]?

frown - 4/12/2006 2:06:23 PM
SF blows. Get a real singer and then the band will kick ass. I love the chops and the leads and the raw sound and the production but as soon as the so called "singer" opens his mouth, the song is ruined.

Leather_Lung - 4/12/2006 12:26:09 PM
Can't wait til SF plays Vegas again! Those dudes fuckin shred!

deadguy - 4/12/2006 11:03:29 AM
Suffocation will probe too much for all these bands...

nutsac - 4/12/2006 7:33:39 AM

rockitty - 4/11/2006 8:44:19 PM

rockitty - 4/11/2006 8:43:41 PM
thank God they're not playing Ozzfest I won't be there.

oldskool666 - 4/11/2006 8:14:35 PM
out of all the bands listed to play shadows fall is the only one i like.

metlgod - 4/11/2006 7:22:20 PM
Shadows Fall rules this genre of music. Putting these guys next to a band like LOG is like putting a fully loaded 2006 Cadillac Escalade next to a 74 Ford Pinto.

Blobber dude, seems you're running out of ideas....
