We don't know for sure, but we're guessing that Michigan District Court Judge Brian MacKenzie has a reputation for being a bit of a hard-ass. Just ask D12's Swift, who was supposed to be in MacKenzie's courtroom last Wednesday (April 19) but instead had to attend the funeral of his slain friend and colleague Proof. Now, Swift is facing 93 days in jail because of a parole violation and his decision to go to the funeral instead of to his hearing.
MacKenzie issued a bench warrant for Swift's arrest late Wednesday, and the 31-year-old rapper -- real name Ondre Moore -- was picked up by police in the Detroit suburb of Novi the following afternoon. He was driving and tested positive for alcohol, a violation of the terms of his parole for a previous drunk driving offense.
Swift served as an honorary pallbearer at Proof's funeral.
