Press Release:

Seattle’s Nevermore will be touring the U.S. throughout the spring, for complete dates click here. Teamed up with metal’s hottest bands Nevermore commences their run with Arch Enemy, Chimaira, and Hate Eternal April 3 in Englewood, CO ending their run on April 12 in their hometown Seattle, WA.

Nevermore will also be touring with In Flames, Throwdown, and Evergrey May 5th through May 30th.

Their West Coast return, this will be the band’s first Pacific Coast run since their summer 2005 Gigantour mainstage appearance. Commenting on these dates vocalist Warrel Dane said, “The band is really excited to get back out on the road in the U.S. to support This Godless Endeavor. Both tours should be great, we'll be seeing old friends In Flames and Arch Enemy, and we look forward to making some new ones.”

Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles 2005 Brave Pick of The Year This Godless Endeavor is hailed as “a signature mix of epic grandeur, blackened shred and mechanistic chug” (Time Out NY). Performing throughout summer 2005 on the mainstage of Megadeth’s Gigantour, Nevermore then headlined their first European tour supporting This Godless Endeavor. Returning to North America for a string of dates with Opeth, the band then headlined back across America’s Midwest. Besides these tour dates, Nevermore are confirmed for several of Europe’s prestigious summer festivals including Italy’s Gods Of Metal, Germany’s Rock Hard, Earthshaker, and Wacken Open Air, Sweden’s Sweden Rock, and Slovenia’s Metal Camp. SlashNDuff: You weren't impressed with either band? Was it because their leather pants weren't tight enough for you? Or was it the fact that the singer didn't shake his hips like a faggot on stage? Or was it that their guitar solos were WAY too busy and complex? Slash?? Duff?? Pfft!!!

SlashNDuff - 3/29/2006 2:45:13 AM

NEVERMORE need to headline the states, they deserve it. To hell with opeing for these other lame bands.

thehaunted99 - 3/28/2006 7:07:32 AM
Can't really ask for a better line up, Nevermore, and In Flames are a great solid show with just those two, then you add Arch Enemy, great bill

fizzgig - 3/28/2006 12:20:23 AM
Wally Dane, the mutant hellspawn of Geoff Tate and Michael BOlton, America's Favorite Singing Washroom Attendant ... there. An oldie, but a goodie. When Nevermore breaks up, he can always find work at any ski lodge as an alpine yodeler.

judasbishop - 3/27/2006 7:01:30 PM
Sounds funny? That’s because he is singing. He does it throughout the songs too-which is rare.
