Black Rob Picked Up On A Fugitive Warrant

Bad Boy recording artist Black Rob’s rap sheet is getting longer.
According to MTV, Rob is being detained in police custody after being picked up on a fugitive warrant February 24 in New Jersey.
Bacardi Rob was supposed to turn himself in on Jan. 24 to serve time for a burglary charge from 2004, but he never surrendered himself. At that time a bench warrant was issued against the Harlem rhyme spitter for his arrest. According to his spokesperson, the federal task force apprehended him at an undisclosed location last week.
Rob, who has battled through a well-documented kidney ailment, was originally arrested for burglary and criminal possession of stolen property. A security camera at New York’s On The Ave Hotel showed him leaving a female’s room with her purse.
This arrest comes after he completed a six-month prison term for failure to pay child support in Sept. 2004 and was arrested on gun-possession and drug charges in May 2000.
