'Ashley Parker Angel' (born 'Ashley Ward Parker' on August 1, 1981 in Redding, California, USA) is a musician and aspiring actor, best known as a member of the now-defunct boy band O-Town. He received his current last name from his step-father, Ron Angel.
During the production of the reality show that gave birth to O-Town, Making the Band, many of Ashley's co-workers considered him perfect for the role of a boy band member, as a result of his passion, enthusiasm, talent, and boyish good looks. He is often considered the group's heartthrob.
Even though O-Town is now long gone, he hasn't fallen out of the public eye entirely. In December of 2002 he made a cameo appearance in the Canadian cartoon series Clone High. In May of 2004 he announced his engagement to model Tiffany Lynn. Angel is currently working on a solo album, though when or even if it will be released is uncertain. The details of this attempted comeback are the focus of a new MTV reality show, There and Back, currently in development.
In August of 2005 Ashley and Tiffany had their first child.
Ashley is also known in the video gaming world as the voice of Alex in the Lunar series dating all the way back to Sega-CD
