MTV should stop doing reality shows about couples. Actually, they should stop doing reality shows altogther.
awww, On their show they were completly in love:( this is sad...
Oh, boo-hoo... No one ever expects these couples to stay together. I don't know why they even try. And a "goth wedding on Halloween Eve"? What were they thinking? I wonder what the former Miss USA's question and answer were on stage:
"How will you make the world a better place?"
"I'll marry a tattoo-ridden rock drummer in a goth wedding on Halloween Eve, and then split up less than two years later with my toddler and infant children and another born out of wedlock. Thank you! Thank you all! I love you, America!"
Stupid!!!
oh yeah..you'll read this but you won't post it.. LMFAO!
I'm pretty sure that either there is a curse on couples who do reality shows or they are all self-involved and cannot sustain a loving relationship once the cameras and publicity go away. Have any of these couples actually lasted?
I think i must have been the only one who liked this couple. I thought Travis was an awesome father/husband. Who knows what was editied out though.
Not surprising at all. MTV doesn't take the sanctity of marriage seriously - they're all about "whatever feels good, and looks good on TV is best." So why should the people on their shows take it seriously?
I think the only couple who has made it even after "the show", the Osbornes, is because they had been married for so long before going on camera.
New marriages can't survive, thrive, or grow when both partners are always "performing" for the camera.
So, this means Travis is back on the market??!? Awesome.
I liked them the best out of MTV's marriage-reality series and it's sad to see them split. It's never a good idea to have your marriage be the center of a reality, like a couple of you have said, nothing good can come from a relationship that's based on performance. Sad sad sad.
I think it was the guy from Radiohead who made a scathing remark about Jess and Nick when their show started a couple years ago. Anybody else remember this?
