Pete Wentz has denied all the pregnancy rumors surrounding his recent engagement to Ashlee Simpson. Speaking to MTV News via E-mail, the Fall Out Boy bassist wrote, "There is a witch hunt for people to be pregnant whenever they get engaged in Hollywood … I mean, we're engaged, that's true, and happy about it." When the station sent a follow-up E-mail asking whether Wentz was denying the couple's supposed child, he simply said, "Yeah."
Simpson's own rep issued a separate statement, saying, "Beyond that, there is nothing to add."
