Last year's successful metal/thrash/hardcore tour Sounds Of The Underground is set to return for its second year with So-Cal metalcore quintet As I Lay Dying as a headliner. Other performers in the international lineup include Sweden’s In Flames, Trivium and Cannibal Corpse from Florida, Poland’s Behemoth and Antarctica’s alien metal band Gwar, among others. Tentatively set to kick off July 7, SOTU will probably play 25 to 30 shows in North America with stops confirmed so far in Denver, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Sayreville (NJ), Philadelphia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and venues in Texas, New England and Western Canada. More acts and specific dates will be announced in coming weeks and tickets are expected to go on sale at the end of the month.
